NFC Board of Directors

  • Roxie Graham-Marski, President

Ah…the Natural Food Co-Op. Literally one of my favorite places to be. I have a difficult time putting into words what the Co-Op means to me. It is a part of me. The sense of community and optimism, providing healthier options for our area. I feel like the Co-Op is one big family, sharing ideas, knowledge, and warmth and weathering the storms together. We all bring something different to the Co-Op and yet are one in important ways. I love my Co-Op. ❤️

  • Steve Welch, Vice President

I love delightful food and delicious people….and vice versa! I find abundant quantities of both at the Natural Food Co-op. So naturally, I love the Co-op!

  • Lisa Derby, Treasurer

I moved to Chadron in 2005, stumbled upon the Co-op and immediately became a lifetime member. As a customer, I really enjoy the uniqueness of the Co-op and its healthy food options. Supporting local businesses is important to me as well. As a volunteer, I love that I get to collaborate with some pretty remarkable people, working together to keep the Co-op open and available for all community members.

  • John Warning, Board Member

For me, the Natural Food Co-op means privilege. The privilege to be a part of a volunteer organization that is rich in history; a fixture in Chadron providing healthy food options since the 1970’s. It also means community; volunteers and members contribute to the life of the co-op, and most importantly, have enriched my life.

  • Kevin Miller, Board Member At Large

I first moved to Chadron in 2000, with my spouse following a year later. Both of us wanted to be more healthy in our eating habits and were looking for  a store which could help us in that endeavor. The Natural Food Co-op has done that and more in that most of our favorite people in the area are members and volunteers of the organization.
